Recruiter

Tremendous opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with this established and growing warehouse company in Groveport, OH!

This position will focus on recruiting with 70% of time spent posting job ads, monitoring applicant flow, conducting phone screens, scheduling interviews with hiring managers, drafting and sending offer letters, performing background checks, and similar duties.

Additional duties will include onboarding activities such as sending orientation information, setting up timekeeping and computer access, setting payroll access, and similar.

Some additional responsibilities in the HR sector to include employee engagement activities such as event planning, managing event calendar, providing general HR support, building employee communications, supporting general payroll and benefits questions, and similar.

This position will be working in-office from 8:00am-4:30/5:00pm Monday-Friday. The role will average 40-45 hours per week.

Salary range is $65-70,000 annually depending on experience.

Qualifications:

-3 years of experience in high-volume full life cycle recruitment (preferably within a warehouse, or light industrial environment)

-Experienced in generalist HR duties (flexible for this experience to come from either education or employment)
