Senior Financial Controller

Tamro Baltics is a pharmaceutical wholesale and retail company, which operates in all three Baltic States employing a staff of 1200 professionals. In Baltics there are nearly 450 pharmacies that either belong to Tamro group or operate based on partnership agreement under BENU or Aptieka 1 brands. Tamro Baltics is a part of PHOENIX group, which operates in 29 European countries.

Position: Senior Financial Controller Baltics

Position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania. Position reports directly to Finance Director, Baltics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Streamline financial processes, accounting policies, and internal controls.
• Drive accurate, timely, and compliant month-end closings and related reporting.
• Analyze month-end results and financial variances, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Lead Baltics-wide controlling initiatives and company separation projects.
• Oversee transfer pricing activities and tax review processes in collaboration with external consultants.
• Manage the financial audit process to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Support the annual budgeting process in partnership with Business and FP&A teams to ensure quality, accuracy.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role.
• 4+ years of audit experience (preferably Big4 and/or in-house audit).
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in international/multi-country environments.
• Solid understanding of financial processes (month-end close, controls, reporting, etc.)
• Transfer pricing knowledge – considered an advantage.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).

4500-5500 Eur gross
