In this role, you will support Senior Directors by coordinating activities, collaborating with global stakeholders, and contributing to strategic initiatives that help drive Nike’s business forward.
This is a temporary assignment until December 2026.
What are you going to do?
As an Executive Assistant, you’ll manage complex calendars and expenses, coordinate communication, and support senior leadership across EMEA and Global Leadership teams. You’ll handle confidential information, oversee meetings, travel, and events, and act as a key point of contact in your manager’s absence. The role also includes budget tracking, reporting, process improvements, and supporting cross-functional projects while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

- Nike maintains a hybrid working model, 3 days in the office, 2 days from home.
- 25 vacation days if you work 40 hours per week a full year

- Fluent in English
- Excellent computer skills required: Microsoft Office, MS Teams, Confluence, Visio
- Experience with COUPA and CONCUR preferred
- Proven skill in presenting and explaining complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a diverse group
- Strong numerical skills, detail oriented, the ability to work in a deadline driven environment
- Experience in problem solving and unraveling complex issues
