Information Technology Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams responsible for delivering complex technology-driven security initiatives. This role oversees the end-to-end execution of projects involving integrated systems across software, hardware, and infrastructure components.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle delivery, from initial planning through execution and close-out
• Coordinate activities across multidisciplinary teams, including engineering, integration, and technical specialists
• Establish and manage project plans, including schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and budget tracking
• Serve as a central communication hub for stakeholders, ensuring transparency around progress, risks, and changes
• Facilitate team alignment through regular meetings, status reporting, and documentation of key decisions and actions
• Track project performance and proactively address risks, delays, or resource constraints
• Oversee financial performance, including budget forecasting, cost control, and overall profitability
• Manage multiple concurrent engagements with varying scopes, delivery timelines, and contractual structures
• Support scope management efforts, including evaluating and incorporating project changes or enhancements
• Partner with internal stakeholders on pricing, budgeting, and contract-related considerations
• Ensure adherence to internal project governance standards and industry best practices
• Act as a primary liaison between internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders
• Contribute to solution delivery efforts, including implementation coordination and deployment activities

Qualifications

Required

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 5+ years of experience managing technical or systems-based projects
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across internal and external teams
• Familiarity with standard project management frameworks and delivery methodologies
• Experience working in environments that combine software, hardware, or integrated system components
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities independently
• Effective communicator with strong problem-solving capabilities
