Compensation: $100,000–$180,000 expected annual earnings

Compensation Structure: Commission-based with onboarding support and performance incentives


About the Role

Dependable Life Solutions is seeking professional Insurance Sales Managers to oversee client-facing insurance activity while supporting and training licensed agents in the field.


This role includes personal production responsibilities in addition to field training, onboarding support, compliance oversight, and mentorship of agents during client appointments.


The position includes structured training, CRM tools, field mentorship systems, and access to company-supported client opportunities.


This is a commission-based role requiring an active state insurance license, or the ability to obtain one before beginning client appointments.


Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients in person and remotely
  • Train and support agents during field appointments and onboarding
  • Monitor agent activity and maintain professional sales standards
  • Explain life insurance options clearly and professionally
  • Maintain accurate client records in company systems
  • Follow all state insurance and carrier compliance guidelines
  • Manage appointment follow-up and client communication
  • Participate in onboarding, product training, and compliance training
  • Maintain active licensing and carrier appointment requirements


Qualifications

  • Sales skills, including consultative selling, business development, and meeting sales targets
  • Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a sales team
  • Communication and negotiation skills for developing and maintaining client relationships
  • Organizational and analytical skills for data management and strategic planning
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry or related fields is preferred
  • Strong work ethic, problem-solving abilities, and results-driven mindset


Compensation and Support

  • $100,000–$180,000 expected annual earnings
  • Weekly onboarding stipend available during the first 2–8 weeks after licensing
