Compensation: $19.50 - $22.00/ hour (a higher rate is provided to compensate for the travel); paid bi-weekly
Employment Type: W-2 Full-Time, Non-Exempt (40 hours per week)

We Seek a Full-time, Onsite, Medical Admin Support Professional Who Will Float Working Between Three Offices To Cover Planned PTO, Call Outs, And Other Staffing Needs. You'd Work Between The Following Three Offices
- Medina: 3591Reserve Commons Ste 100, Medina OH 44256
- Beachwood: 25700 Science Park Dr Ste 210 Beachwood OH 44122
- Westlake: 29055 Clemens Rd. Ste. A, Westlake OH 44145
Job Responsibilities
- Must be willing to travel to Beachwood, Westlake or Medina as needed for coverage
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable with hands on patient care
- Must be passionate about patient care and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and welcoming patients.
- Assist in managing medical billing, insurance claims, and other financial documentation.
- Assist in taking patient medical histories and recording vital signs as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients to obtain information and provide instructions.
- Facilitate patient flow and appointment scheduling for clinical procedures.
- Serve as a liaison between patients, clinical staff, and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate referrals to specialists, diagnostic tests, and follow-up appointments.
- Assist in maintaining communication and documentation for patient care plans.
- Enter and maintain patient data in electronic health records (EHR) or other healthcare information systems.
- Generate reports, correspondence, and other documentation as required.
- Assist in quality assurance processes, including data accuracy and compliance checks.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Create a welcoming and patient-centered environment within the clinical area.
- Offer support and information to patients and their families.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Compensation: $19.50 - $22.00/ hour (a higher rate is provided to compensate for the travel); paid bi-weekly

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in behavioral health related major, healthcare administration or related field preferred.
- At least one year experience in the healthcare setting utilizing electronic medical records required.
- Experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Ability to stand, sit, and move for extended periods during the workday.
- Manual dexterity for handling paperwork, medical equipment, and electronic devices.
- Visual acuity and hearing ability to communicate with patients and colleagues.
- Lifting and carrying of moderate weight items such as medical supplies and equipment.
- Exposure to standard office and clinical conditions, including contact with patients.
