Required Skills:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting (software engineering, cloud, security, or other IT roles)
• Proven full-cycle recruiting skills: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, onboarding
• Ability to develop targeted sourcing strategies to engage passive and active candidates
• Strong understanding of employment branding and delivering a positive candidate experience
• Excellent communication skills—written and verbal—with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with modern recruiting tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools)
• Knowledge of technical domains and talent markets
• Experience in high-volume or intern recruiting
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and responsibilities
• Data-driven approach with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• At least 3 years of proven technical recruiting experience in a competitive market
