We are looking for an experienced Europe Market Director to lead and scale market growth across Europe in the consumer technology / smart hardware sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the European market growth strategy, including revenue targets, market share expansion, and regional go-to-market plans
- Lead market entry and expansion initiatives across key European countries and identify new growth opportunities
- Develop and implement product launch strategies tailored to European consumer markets
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with distributors, retailers, and key industry stakeholders
- Oversee regional brand strategy and marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, social media, and localized marketing activities
- Identify and develop KOL and influencer partnerships to strengthen brand visibility in European markets
- Establish and lead the European regional team, including sales, marketing, and operations functions
- Collaborate closely with global teams to align on product strategy, pricing, and commercial priorities
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to refine regional strategy
- Manage regional budgets, forecasts, and performance reporting
- 8+ years of experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related technology industries
- 5+ years of experience in a regional leadership role managing European markets
- Proven experience building or scaling markets from early stage to growth phase (0 1 or 1 N)
- Strong understanding of European consumer behavior, retail channels, and technology ecosystem
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple countries
- Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution capability
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership mentality
- Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced international environments
- Passionate about emerging consumer technologies and innovation
