Account Executive

• Manage daily client communications and keep projects moving across assigned accounts
• Track timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule
• Identify project risks early and help resolve issues before they escalate
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and clear communication
• Draft and edit emails, statements, press materials, and messaging documents
• Translate research and client feedback into concise, easy-to-understand messaging
• Support crisis and issues management by gathering information, drafting responses, and coordinating next steps
• Stay informed on client priorities, industry trends, and potential risks

Advanced / Growth Responsibilities

• Independently manage accounts and guide overall project direction
• Lead client relationships and provide strategic recommendations
• Develop messaging, positioning, and communication strategies aligned with client goals
• Oversee cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality final deliverables
• Proactively solve workflow challenges and keep projects progressing efficiently
• Identify opportunities to grow accounts and support new business efforts, pitches, and proposals

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with video shoots, production coordination, and on-site client support
• Work with vendors, production teams, and external partners as needed
• Support special projects, campaign development, and political communications initiatives
• Contribute to projects outside of standard account responsibilities when required
