Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a skilled and dedicated .NET Developer with 3–4 years of experience to join our team in New Haven, CT. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications using Microsoft .NET technologies and scripting RPA automations while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using .NET technologies
• Develop web applications using ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core / .NET 6+
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices
• Work with databases such as SQL Server and write complex queries, stored procedures, and functions
• Script and develop RPA / agentic solutions on various platforms
• Integrate third-party APIs and services
• Participate in requirement analysis, code reviews, and technical discussions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and DevOps teams for successful project delivery
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in .NET development
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API
• Experience with .NET Core / .NET 5/6+
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and database design
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery
• Understanding of OOP concepts, design patterns, and SDLC
• Experience with version control tools such as Git / TFS
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills



Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure / AWS cloud services
• Knowledge of Angular / React / Blazor
• Exposure to Agile / Scrum methodology
• Experience in CI/CD pipelines
• Good to have experience/Knowledge of UiPath or other RPA experience
• Nice to have: AI experience
