Supply Chain Manager

We are conducting a confidential search for a Supply Chain Manager with a company that is a global supplier of industrial components to the agricultural, commercial vehicle, and military markets. This is a direct-hire position and it is located around Raleigh, NC.

Key responsibilities may include:

• Develop and implement the company's supply chain strategy
• Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and other issues.
• Track, evaluate and report on KPIs.
• Communicate and work with external customers.
• Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Devise ways to optimize inventory control procedures and production scheduling.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
• Monitor inventory levels, develop product forecasts, and determine strategies.

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

* Bachelors degree preferred

* 3+ years experience as a Supply Chain Manager, Materials Manager, and/or Production Manager in a plant manufacturing environment

* Manage SIOP process

* Lean Manufacturing Mindset

* Previous supervisory experience
