Dentist (Regular Ft)

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) - a student loan payment reimbursement program. You must meet specific eligibility requirements per VHA policy and submit your EDRP application within four months of appointment. Program Approval - award amount (up to $200 -000) & eligibility period (one to five years) are determined by the VHA Education Loan Repayment Services program office after review of the EDRP application. Former EDRP participants ineligible to apply.

Duties

• Major duties include but are not limited to: Perform oral and radiographic examinations Diagnose pathological or irregular oral conditions Administer local anesthesia Perform routing and complex restoration of - or extractions of teeth Perform alveoloplasty and other routine surgical procedures Perform prosthetic dentistry such as full and partial dentures - full crowns and bridge work Perform routine endodontic procedures Perform routine and surgical periodontal procedures Utilize Vista Scheduling applications Demonstrate respectful treatment of an age diverse and culturally diverse Veteran patient population Work Schedule: Full-time
• 7:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
