Be on time Worker

This is a full-time on-site role for a Be on Time Worker at the YMCA of the Pikes Peak Region in Colorado Springs, CO. The Be on Time Worker will be responsible for maintaining punctuality and ensuring timely execution of assigned tasks. This role involves active participation in community programs, assisting in member services, and ensuring adherence to YMCA values and guidelines. The Be on Time Worker will engage with members, support various activities, and ensure a welcoming and supportive environment.

• Prior experience in community service or member engagement is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
