We are seeking Refurbishment Associates to join our dynamic team. This role involves receiving, handling, cleaning, testing, and packaging electronic devices while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Successful candidates are self-motivated, reliable, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment.

**Essential Duties, Functions and Responsibilities**

Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in preparing products for shipment at Refreshed Tech. Responsibilities include:

• Packing, wrapping, and labeling items with care and accuracy
• Inspecting products for quality
• Assembling containers or boxes as needed
• Ensure that all packages meet company standards for shipping presentation
• Keep work areas clean and organized, and follow established procedures for handling materials.
• This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move packages of varying weights are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required-training will be provided.

Work Environment

Work is typically performed indoors in an environmentally controlled office environment. There is little to no exposure to extreme environmental conditions and/or job hazards. No personal phones, smart watches, headphones or earbuds are allowed past the metal detector, on to the production floor.
