Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Technology Recruitment – Tampa, Florida


$45,000 base salary + uncapped commission (OTE $70k–$80k Year 1)

The role


Based in Tampa, you’ll partner with clients across the technology space, including:


  • Software & SaaS
  • AI & Emerging Tech
  • Cybersecurity
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • FinTech & Digital Transformation


This is a consultative, relationship-driven sales role where you’ll:


  • Build long-term partnerships with clients and candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through to placement
  • Identify and engage top tech talent in competitive markets
  • Negotiate offers and close high-value deals
  • Help fast-growing businesses scale with the right people


It’s a fast-paced, target-driven environment that rewards ambition, resilience, and consistency.


What you’ll earn


  • $45,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission from day one
  • Realistic Year 1 earnings: $70k–$80k


Top performers are currently earning:


  • $15k+ per month commission
  • $25k+ per month commission for top billers
