Essential Functions
- Develop a deep understanding of product applications and effectively communicate technical usage and benefits.
- Generate technical and commercial proposals for new and existing customer solutions.
- Support customer and sales team inquiries with expert knowledge of assigned APCD products.
- Triage and resolve customer problems, coordinating appropriate internal actions.
- Build relationships with Amphenol Sales & Distribution partners through training and on-site visits.
- Maintain and enhance sales collateral, as well as contribute to the product development pipeline.
- Conduct product gap analyses and assist in multi-year product planning.
- Support a diverse portfolio of strategic key accounts across the United States, with travel commitments ranging from 25% to 30%.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Strong technical aptitude and/or engineering degree.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong time management, urgency, and follow-through capabilities.
- Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- 1+ years of experience required.
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent relevant work experience.
