Jacobson, a dominant Northeast Floral Wholesaler, is a Well Established (80 years in business), Dynamic, Profitable company. We have an opening for a Marketing Associate.

This position is full-time with benefits – medical, dental, 401(k) match, vacation, holidays, etc.

You, as the successful candidate, will support our marketing effort by playing a key role in our digital marketing, e-commerce, social media and content creation initiatives. You will possess excellent time management, communication, and organization skills. Besides the above attributes, you also have a positive attitude, professional demeanor, and the ability to problem-solve with minimal guidance.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Ecommerce (60%)

· Assist with e-commerce listing optimization while performing backend keyword tagging and content organization.

· Monitor and report on KPI’s

· Collaborate with Sales and Procurement teams to provide persuasive materials.

· Learn and apply SEO best practices.

· Support e-mail efforts.

· Organize all digital assets.

Social Media & Content Creation (40%)

· Collaborate with team members to develop creative marketing and campaign concepts. Then create and manage short form content for social media platforms, including video and visual content.

· Assist with planning, capturing, and editing social-first content that supports brand awareness and customer engagement.

· Assist with copywriting, proofreading, and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing content, digital and otherwise.

· Stay informed on social media trends, content style, and digital marketing best practices.

Requirements

· One to three years or experience in marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, social media, or a related field (B to B preferred and internships included).

· Basic familiarity with photo editing tools.

· experience in creating photo and video content for digital platforms.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

· Interest in social media marketing, digital marketing, and ecommerce growth.
