Full-Stack Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Team Leader to lead a talented development team building advanced, large-scale technology solutions in a dynamic and innovative environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the team throughout the full development lifecycle — from architecture and design to implementation and delivery. You will drive technical excellence, product quality, innovation, and timely execution while fostering team growth and mentoring developers in their professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, supporting both technical and professional growth.
• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle of complex, large-scale applications.
• Drive technical excellence, code quality, and best development practices in an agile environment.
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead architectural decisions and hands-on development when needed.
• Promote innovation and continuous improvement across processes and technologies.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience leading software development teams.
• 5+ years of experience in Full-Stack or Backend development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and Node.js.
• Experience with Angular - an advantage.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale application development from architecture through implementation.
• Experience with Linux-based platforms and networking - an advantage.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
