Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Olathe, KS. The Program Manager will oversee program operations, ensure adherence to organizational goals, manage team performance, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and impactful programs that align with KVC's mission. The role involves supervising staff, maintaining compliance with regulations, monitoring program outcomes, and fostering community partnerships to enhance the effectiveness of services provided.


Qualifications

  • Leadership and Management: Proven ability to lead teams, oversee program operations, and facilitate staff development.
  • Program Planning and Execution: Experience in program development, project management, strategic planning, and performance measurement.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build partnerships with community stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, evaluation of program outcomes, and problem-solving.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication, public speaking, and documentation skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adhere to compliance standards.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Preferred Experience: Familiarity with child welfare, behavioral health, or family services, along with knowledge of regulatory requirements.
