Are you a payments specialist with deep knowledge of Swiss and European payment standards? We're looking for a Senior Business Engineer to join an established team in Zurich on a long-term contract.

The Role

You'll work as a BA embedded in a team of 12 (8 developers, 4 BEs), focused on the further development and migration of eBanking web applications — with payments at the core.

This is a senior position. Beyond the technical brief, you'll bring leadership presence and the ability to anticipate and resolve Agile/Scrum-related challenges before they become blockers.

Must-Haves

Payments experience — SWIFT, SIC, ISO 20022, eBill, LSV Payments migration & platform change experience Business & requirements engineering (IREB knowledge a plus) Agile delivery — SAFe experience essential German C2 / native level — non-negotiable 5–8 years' experience in financial services / eBanking

Nice to Have

IREB certification Testing experience
