Duties
Help
- Supporting the implementation and ongoing maturity of Scaled Agile Framework and Agile within the Application Development Portfolio and partner Application Portfolios using ServiceNow and other tools.
- Developing, maintaining, and analyzing Application Development Portfolio dashboards in ServiceNow to track key performance indicators, monitor delivery deadlines and completion, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Managing the Records Management program to ensure all Application Development Portfolio’s records are appropriately maintained, stored, and disposed of in accordance with federal regulations and agency policies.
- Managing the Application Development Portfolio’s continuous process improvement initiatives and all internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and documentation to ensure they are current, accurate, and effective.
- Providing HR support to Application Development Portfolio supervisors, assisting with administrative tasks for new and vacant positions. Facilitating employee onboarding and offboarding and supports staff development and training needs.
- Managing and internally reviewing audit documentation for applications supported by the Application Development Portfolio. Coordinating the completion of any necessary remediation actions found by the application audit teams.
- Providing support for Application Development Portfolio Leadership (Portfolio Manager (PfM), Deputy PfM and Division Chiefs) with the preparation and development of briefs, reports, metrics and other requests for information
- Managing all Application Development Portfolio taskers and external requests for information and ensures deadlines are met.

- Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience that equipped you with the particular
position. To qualify at the GS-12 level, applicants must possess one year of specialized experience
equivalent to the GS-11 level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or
private sector. Applicants must meet eligibility requirements including time-in-grade (General Schedule
(GS) positions only), time-after-competitive appointment, minimum qualifications, and any other
regulatory requirements by the cut-off/closing date of the announcement. Creditable specialized
Experience Includes
- Uses Scaled Agile Framework and Agile experience and ServiceNow to analyze and track key performance indicators, monitor deadlines, and identify performance trends
- Develops, maintains, and analyzes dashboards in ServiceNow to track key performance indicators, monitor deadlines, and identify trends or areas for improvement
- Provides oversight for the planning, designing and centralized program management for assigned programs and/or projects.
- Prepares and develops strategic briefs, reports, and metrics for senior leadership that reflect program progress and goal attainment.
- Uses SAFe and Agile Framework experience and Service Now (SNow) to analyze and track key performance indicators, monitor deadlines, and identify performance trends.
- Develops short and long range strategic plans/goals and provide central oversight for technical and functional enhancements to IT administrative operating systems.
- Develop documentation of both internal processes and administrative and/or technical controls.
- Assists functional personnel and other analysts, specialists in functional and technical areas to accomplish internal control objectives.

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is committed to maintaining a safe, drug-free workplace. All DLA employees are required to refrain from illegal drug use on and off duty. DLA conducts pre-employment, reasonable suspicion, post-accident, and random drug testing.
