Expert BI Strategy , Glbl Data & Analyt

Colgate-Palmolive is seeking an Expert BI Strategy, Glbl Data & Analyt to help strengthen its BI landscape through data unification, standardization, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in Data, Analytics, and Business Intelligence with a minimum of 4 years in a strategic leadership or solution architecture role.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in Data, Analytics, and Business Intelligence with a minimum of 4 years in a strategic leadership or solution architecture role
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems or a related technical field
• Proven Technical expertise in Enterprise BI platforms (DOMO, Sigma) and modern cloud data architectures (Snowflake, Azure, Databricks or BigQuery)
• Experience in leading large-scale decommissioning projects or platform migrations that resulted in measurable efficiency gains or cost savings
• Effective Change Management and communication skills to Influence stakeholders, navigate resistance to change, and drive a culture of data literacy
