Personal Lines - Account Executive

Account Handler – Personal Lines | South Dublin

Salary €35-40k, plus bonus & excellent commission!

Role will be fully on-site, 5 days per week.

This is an incredible opportunity to join an established Broker as they begin a very exciting chapter!

The ideal candidate will hold an APA qualification and demonstrate a proactive approach to client service, relationship management, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Manage a portfolio of Personal Lines clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Handle the end-to-end renewal process, including reviewing cover, negotiating terms, and presenting options to clients.
• Proactively contact clients ahead of renewal dates to secure retention and identify coverage gaps.
• Identify and act on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities across motor, home, and ancillary products.
• Liaise with insurers to negotiate competitive terms and secure the best outcomes for clients.
• Handle inbound queries and provide timely, effective resolutions.

Skills & Experience

• APA qualification is essential, at a minimum.
• Previous experience in a Personal Lines insurance role.
• Strong understanding of motor, home, and general Personal Lines products.
• Proven ability to meet retention targets and identify sales opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
