About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Sofia. The ideal candidate is a native or fluent Spanish speaker with strong experience in outbound sales and cold calling. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building a solid sales pipeline within the Spanish market.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients in the Spanish market
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities
- Engage decision-makers and present company products/services effectively
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Account Executive team
- Maintain accurate activity records in CRM systems
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Minimum 2 years of proven cold calling / outbound sales experience
- Native or fluent Spanish (C1–C2 level required)
- Good command of English (B2 or higher)
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills
- Target-oriented mindset with resilience and drive
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
- Willingness to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria
