Country Manager (Build & Lead Your Own Office)

We are expanding internationally.

V&S Brothers is looking for a strong, business-minded professional to lead and build operations in Bulgaria.

This is not a typical job — this is an opportunity to build and manage your own office with full support from our U.S.-based automotive and logistics company.

What we provide:

• Full operational support from the USA

• Access to Copart, IAAI, Manheim, and other auto auctions

• Established logistics infrastructure (transportation, containers, export)

• Existing business flow and clients

• High earning potential (performance-based)

Your role:

• Build and manage the local office

• Develop and grow the client base

• Lead sales and operations

• Coordinate shipments from the USA

Requirements:

• Strong background in sales, logistics, or automotive

• Leadership mindset and entrepreneurial thinking

• Ability to build and manage a team

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
