Information Technology Manager

Ferretti Search is partnering with a mission-driven organization to identify a strategic, hands-on IT leader to step into a high-impact role supporting a team serving Northeast Ohio.

Location: Cleveland, OH (4 days in-office / 1 day remote)

Compensation: $90,000–$95,000

Schedule: Full-time

What you’ll be doing

• IT Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and execute a multi-year technology plan aligned with organizational priorities
• Infrastructure Oversight: Manage internal and external infrastructure including networks, servers, and cloud environments
• Cybersecurity: Lead security strategy, risk management, compliance, and incident response planning
• Systems & Integrations: Support and enhance ERP/financial systems, CRM platforms, and data/reporting tools
• Project Leadership: Drive IT initiatives including system upgrades, integrations, and ongoing improvements
• Vendor & Budget Management: Oversee IT budget, vendor relationships, contracts, and licensing
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Operations, and program teams to improve workflows and system usage

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in an IT leadership or management role with direct team oversight
• Strong background in cybersecurity, infrastructure, and systems management
• Experience supporting and integrating business systems (ERP, CRM, data/reporting tools)
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across a mission-driven organization

Nice to have

• Nonprofit or human services experience
• SQL / database exposure
• Experience supporting donor or CRM platforms

Bonus / differentiators

• Experience conducting or supporting a technology assessment
• Track record of building and executing technology roadmaps
• Passion for leveraging technology to drive organizational impact
