  • Oversaw Leave of Absence (LOA) and Return to Work (RTW) cases, maintaining accurate tracking and documentation.
  • Maintained and updated employee records through SAP, Nessie, and SuccessFactors HR systems.
  • Utilized PISA ticketing tool for query management, issue resolution, and SLA tracking.
  • Ensured compliance and confidentiality in Personal Data Management across global employee records.
  • Prepared Merit Letters and coordinated distribution during compensation review cycles.
  • Shared accurate Payroll Inputs to ensure timely and correct paycheck processing.
  • Conducted Payroll Reconciliation (Pay Reco), identifying and resolving discrepancies in pay data.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams for process improvements and policy implementation.
