The Opportunity As an SDR, you’ll be at the forefront of the commercial function, owning outbound activity, building pipeline, and working closely with experienced Account Executives and Sales Leaders.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging new business opportunities
- Booking high-quality meetings for the sales team
- Learning proven SaaS sales methodologies
- Acting as a trusted voice with prospective customers
- Laying the foundations for a long-term sales career
- Some commercial experience (sales, account management, customer success, recruitment, retail, hospitality, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone
- Ambition, resilience, and a genuine interest in sales and technology
- A coachable mindset — attitude matters as much as experience
- £35k base salary + £15k commission
- Hybrid working model from the Reading office
