Head of Sales

We are currently seeking a Head of Sales to join an international market leader specializing in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), based in Germany. This role offers the opportunity to shape global markets and work across diverse sectors, including life sciences, in a highly dynamic environment.
Tasks:
- Drive global market positioning for the company, its brand architecture, and product offerings across diverse regions
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities to unlock growth and inform long-term business direction
- Regularly assess and refine strategic programs and initiatives in line with shifting market dynamics
- Own and and monitor sales planning, including full accountability for revenue performance at scale
- Guide and develop an internationally distributed sales team while working closely with an established partner network
- Expand commercial footprint by recruiting and integrating new distribution and sales partners
- Strengthen alignment and cooperation with both internal teams and external stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Act as a key representative of the company at global industry exhibitions, trade shows, and high-level client interactions
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in a technical, business, or economics-related field
- Extensive experience in senior sales leadership roles, ideally within NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) and/or X-ray imaging systems
- Proven track record of leading and scaling sales teams and delivering revenue growth across international markets
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage
- Willingness to travel internationally
