We're seeking educators who can support and guide our students through their learning journey as an Online Learning Adviser (OLA). The role involves facilitating learning activities, marking assessments, and providing feedback to ensure high-quality, positive learning experiences for our students.
Requirements
- Master or higher level qualification in Learning and Design or a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 5 years working in Learning and Design
- Experience working with education, industry or community partners in Adult learning
- Experience in designing learning experiences that apply andragogical and pedagogical design principles
- Empathetic, Organised & proactive, Tech-confident, Student-focused
