About the Role
Our client is seeking polished, resourceful, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistants to support senior executives within technical and investment-related business units. This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy solving problems proactively, and take pride in operating with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. The position involves extensive calendar and travel management, coordination across teams and stakeholders, onboarding support, event and morale coordination, and day-to-day executive partnership. Successful candidates will possess strong emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and the ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior leaders
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across time zones
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Process expense reports and maintain accurate administrative records
- Assist with onboarding coordination and team logistics
- Support internal team events, morale initiatives, and culture-building activities
- Prioritize competing requests with professionalism and discretion
- Serve as a trusted partner to executives and cross-functional stakeholders
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy, confidentiality, and follow-through in all work
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with composure and professionalism
- High level of emotional intelligence, communication skills, and sound judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and collaboration tools such as Slack
- Stable professional background with a track record of reliability and commitment
- Ability to thrive in a high-expectation, team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting multiple executives simultaneously
- Background within finance, professional services, consulting, technology, or similarly demanding environments
- Proven ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and operate independently
- Interest in long-term growth and development within an organization
Pay range and compensation package
$125,000 – $250,000 base salary, depending on experience. Compensation is highly competitive and reflects the seniority, complexity, and visibility of the role, as well as the caliber of support expected within a high-performance environment.
