Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lexington, KY, for a Business Design Specialist. The primary responsibilities include creating business strategies and plans, analyzing market trends, and communicating effectively with customers and team members. The specialist will provide expert guidance on product and design options while maintaining the brand’s high standards of customer service and ensuring satisfying client experiences. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with the wider team to achieve business goals and targets.

• Strong Analytical and Business Planning skills to identify opportunities and develop actionable strategies
• Proficiency in Business and Communication skills for collaborative teamwork and stakeholder engagement
• Exceptional Customer Service abilities to ensure a positive and supportive client experience
• Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize work effectively
• Experience in home design or retail sectors is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Marketing, or related field preferred
