On behalf of one of our long-standing clients, we are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Relationship Manager to join a historic multi-family office in Zurich.
Our client is an independent, highly respected multi-family office, known for long-term client relationships, discretion, and bespoke wealth management solutions for ultra- and high-net-worth families.
The Opportunity
This role is designed for a senior Relationship Manager who combines strong client advisory skills with an established, loyal client base and is willing to accompany their clients into a new, long-term platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop relationships with UHNW/HNW private clients and families
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating internal and external specialists
- Provide holistic advice across investments, wealth structuring, and long-term planning
- Contribute to the growth and reputation of the multi-family office through client acquisition and retention
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience as a Relationship Manager, Private Banker, or Client Advisor within private banking, asset management, or a family office
- An existing portfolio of loyal clients who value long-term relationships
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset and high level of professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication skills in English (German is a strong advantage)
- Willingness and ability to transfer and develop client relationships within a multi-family office environment
Compensation
- 100% commission-based remuneration model
- Extremely attractive and competitive commission structure, significantly above market standards
