Assist agents and merchants end-to-end process, starting from onboarding, integration and after
sales support.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Banking,
Accounting.
Experience
1-2 years of relevant experience in Sales and Account Management.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of payments products & services.
Skillset
Ability to communicate clearly both oral and written.
Outstanding negotiation skills.
Ability to understand complex requirements and craft solutions that are tailored to fit merchant's
needs.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort with multi-tasking environment and meet deadlines.
Showcase Problem-solving Prowess And Demonstrate Strong Critical Thinking Skills.
Understand technical concepts and translate straightforward analogies to effectively communicate
use cases with internal stakeholders.
