We are seeking a high-energy, collaborative SAP Transportation Management Consultant to join our Logistics workstream. This is a fast-paced engagement focused on delivering a functional "Model Company" environment. You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution, moving beyond "feature dumps" to deliver story-based, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer Advisory: Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and IT teams to align logistics requirements with SAP standard functionality.

· Scoping & Discovery: Lead interactive scoping sessions to define requirements, emphasizing a "Standard First"and "Clean Core" approach to minimize technical debt.

· Configuration & Data: Hands-on configuration of the SAP TM module using customer-specific data to reflect real-world logistics scenarios.

· Engagement & Delivery: Prepare and lead "Day in the Life" show-and-tell sessions. You must be able to translate complex architecture into relatable business journeys.

· Tool Integration: Leverage SAP Signavio for process modeling, LeanIX for enterprise architecture transparency, and explore SAP Business AI capabilities to drive logistics innovation.

Technical Profile & Experience

· Expertise: Proven experience in SAP Transportation Management (TM) within the SAP Business Suite.

· Architecture & Strategy: Familiarity with LeanIX and SAP Signavio for process-led implementations.

· Innovation: Understanding of SAP Business AI applications within supply chain and logistics.

· Methodology: Strong belief in the Model Company approach—driving speed to value by adopting best practices rather than heavy customization.

Soft Skills

· Storytelling: Ability to move away from technical specifications to present "end-to-end" business stories.

· Collaboration: Thrives in a high-pressure, collaborative environment alongside technical delivery leads and functional architects.

· Facilitation: Comfortable managing stakeholder feedback (even with "poker-faced" audiences) using interactive tools and engaging presentation techniques.
