Job Title: IT Asset/PC Refresh Analyst

Location: Tampa, FL


Job Description:

Our Energy and Utilities client is seeking a contractor to support an upcoming PC refresh initiative. This role will focus on cleaning and validating asset data within ServiceNow and helping ensure accurate reporting for device refresh planning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform data cleanup and validation of IT asset records in ServiceNow
  • Identify discrepancies and ensure accuracy of hardware inventory
  • Run and test reports to determine PC refresh needs
  • Support planning efforts for upcoming device refresh cycles
  • Collaborate with internal IT teams to resolve data issues


Requirements:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow (asset management preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to analyze and validate large datasets
  • Basic understanding of IT hardware / PC lifecycle
