Regional Manager- Field Sales

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing accounts across assigned region and channels (Automotive, Heavy Duty, Specialty, Non-Automotive, and Rebuilder markets)
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market presence
- Drive “pull-through” sales by engaging and converting target installer accounts
- Conduct regular in-person customer visits (up to 75% travel)
- Collaborate with Channel Directors and cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Expand business within existing accounts through product growth and program execution
- Build strong customer relationships and enhance brand awareness in the field
- Provide market insights on competitors, pricing, and customer needs
- Support resolution of customer issues related to pricing, supply, quality, and service
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, forecasting, and activity reporting using CRM tools
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and customer meetings
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- 5–7 years of experience in automotive aftermarket, heavy duty, or related industries
- Proven track record in account management and new business development
- Experience working across multiple sales channels preferred
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license required; passport preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Travel requirement: Up to 75%
- Remote-based role with significant field presence
