We’re looking for a driven, high-energy Business Development Representative to join our team and help fuel our next phase of growth.
What You’ll Do
This is a high-impact, sales-focused role where your job is simple: turn leads into appointments and deals.
- Call and text inbound leads to qualify customers
- Collect required documents (“stips”) to move deals forward
- Set and confirm appointments for the dealership
- Become an expert on our financing programs and inventory
- Answer customer questions and build trust over the phone
- Present deal terms and options to customers when applicable
- Drive additional leads through:
- Facebook Marketplace
- Social media outreach
- Creative lead generation strategies
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills (phone + text)
- Confident, persuasive, and comfortable handling objections
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations at once
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Sales mindset—you want to win
Preferred (not required):
- 1+ year of phone sales, BDC, or call center experience
