We Are Leading a Consortium To Build The EuroHPC Federation Platform (EFP) To Eventually Be The Common Interface For All Supercomputers, AI Factories, And Quantum Computers Across The EU. The EFP Consists Of Several Open-source Components, Which Are Deployed And Hosted On An Internal Hosting Platform Provided By CSC, And Its Main Features Are
- A single federated identity across all systems
- Uniform access to all federated systems
- Advanced features (e.g. combined workflows and interactive usage)
- Resource and allocation management across the federation targets
Your Main Responsibilities Include
- Main components: Gitlab, Argo CD, Kubernetes
- Main tasks: monitoring, logging, updates, backups, configuration management, developer support
- Involvement in the continuous improvement of the platform
- Involvement in ISO27001 and NIS2 compliance
- Solid system administration skills
- Fluent written and spoken communication in English
- Strong technical communication
- Security-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks and priorities
- Experience with Kubernetes and GitOps
- Experience with system automation tooling (such as Ansible)
- Ability to write some code or Python/shell/etc. scripts every now and then
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, or NIS2, is a major advantage
