Business Product Analyst

ZenInsure operates businesses across Indonesia and the Philippines, focusing on general insurance products for motor vehicles, property, health, travel, and others, both for personal and commercial needs. ZenInsure maintains strategic partnerships with Indonesia’s top-tier insurers to deliver comprehensive, tech-driven risk solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business needs into workflows and user stories for product development.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech & Business teams to develop and test features.
• Support UAT and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
• Ensure smooth rollout of product enhancements with clear and timely communication of updates and new features.
• Train users and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Monitor product usage and adoption metrics.
• Act as a bridge between business users and product teams.
• Support launch of new insurance products.
• Learn and document insurance processes (sales, onboarding, policy issuance, claims, etc).
• Assist in evaluating new product opportunities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as Product Analyst / similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with tools like MySQL, Figma and Google Workspace.
• Experience working with product or tech teams is a plus.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
