Are you ready to kickstart your career in real estate investment? We’re looking for a driven Analyst (0–1 year experience) to join a dynamic team in Hamburg and gain hands-on experience in property investments and cash flow modeling.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze real estate investment opportunities and support the team in decision-making
- Build and maintain detailed cash flow models
- Prepare investment reports and presentations
- Conduct market research and financial analysis
What We’re Looking For:
- Up to 1 year of professional experience, ideally in real estate or finance
- Excellent German and English communication skills
- Strong cash flow modeling and analytical skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
