Remote – Must be based in the Pittsburgh Metropolitan Area


A nationally recognized enterprise technology consulting and staffing firm is expanding its presence across the Pittsburgh market and looking to add experienced sales professionals to its growing team.


With more than 20 years of success delivering technology staffing, consulting, managed services, and project-based solutions to Fortune 500 and mid-market organizations, this firm offers the platform, delivery infrastructure, and client support needed to build and scale long-term business relationships.


This is an opportunity to join an established organization with strong leadership, national delivery capabilities, and deep experience supporting enterprise clients across healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, energy, and other complex industries throughout the Pittsburgh region.


What You’ll Do

  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing enterprise clients throughout the Pittsburgh metropolitan area
  • Sell technology staffing, consulting, managed services, and project-based solutions into enterprise accounts
  • Drive strategic business development initiatives while expanding and growing existing client relationships
  • Partner closely with internal recruiting and delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction
  • Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry functions to build market presence and drive revenue growth
  • Consistently manage pipeline activity and achieve quarterly sales objectives


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of sales experience within IT staffing, technology consulting, or professional services
  • Strong understanding of the Pittsburgh enterprise technology market
  • Proven ability to develop new business, expand existing relationships, and grow strategic accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
  • Self-starter mentality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment
  • Experience working with enterprise clients and cross-functional delivery teams preferred
