N-iX is a global software development service company seeking a strong Project Manager to manage cross-functional teams, build client relationships, and contribute to pre-sales and account growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- Demonstrated ownership of client relationships
- Experience across both staff augmentation and fixed-price/managed delivery models
- Hands-on participation in pre-sales: scoping, estimation, discovery, or proposal preparation
- Strong SDLC understanding and practical experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
- Outcome orientation - you connect delivery decisions to client business goals, not just milestones
- Confident English communication, spoken and written (Upper-Intermediate / B2+)
- Proficiency with Jira and Confluence (or equivalent project tooling)
