Internal Auditor

The Keller Group is partnering with a publicly traded organization in Phoenix that is looking to bring on a Internal Auditor to support their growing team. The role offers high visibility working directly with the Chief Audit Executive, driving SOX compliance, enterprise risk initiatives and strategic audits that influence key business decisions.

What you will do:

• Support risk-based audits across financial, operational and compliance areas
• Review and assess internal controls, including those related to SOX
• Prepare clear and organized audit documentation
• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with teams to improve processes and strengthen controls
• Build relationships across accounting, finance, and operations
• Help track and follow up on audit findings
• Assist with ongoing audit initiatives and special projects

What we are looking for:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Some hands on experience in internal audit or public accounting
• Exposure to SOX and internal control frameworks
• CPA or CIA is a plus
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and with teams
• Familiarity with audit tools and Microsoft Office
