Looking for a role where you can combine your technical skills with customer interaction and real-world impact? LER TechForce is partnering with an industry-leading organization to find an Applications Engineer who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, working directly with OEMs, and playing a key role between engineering, sales, and the customer.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide technical support as part of the sales and applications team while building strong customer relationships
  • Communicate with OEM accounts using solid product knowledge and support commercial and pricing discussions
  • Assist customers with machine development, maintenance, and service applications
  • Submit Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) to support product updates and improvements
  • Perform application reviews and support vehicle-level engineering activities
  • Evaluate applications in line with internal acceptance procedures
  • Partner with Account Managers and Engineering teams to communicate technical issues and opportunities
  • Maintain CRM data, submit trip reports, and support forecasting activities
  • Travel to OEM and manufacturing sites for customer visits and support

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field OR 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read and interpret schematics
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to travel domestically up to 50%

Nice to Have:

  • Experience supporting OEM customers
  • Background in a customer-facing engineering or applications role
  • Experience working closely with sales or account management teams
