Job Summary
To collaborate in the supervision and coordination of daily clinical and administrative operations in an assigned area in the delivery of quality patient care services. To supervise and monitor the implementation of departmental policies and procedures supporting university goals and objectives.

Degree (Associate’s or Bachelor’s) and 2 years’ work experience in clinic operations support

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of health care administration. Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Organizational skills. Verbal and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Ability to perform basic supervisory functions.
Responsibilities
- Supervises daily clinical and administrative operations in an assigned clinical area.
- Implements policies and procedures designed to maximize patient care and quality service standards.
- Supervises employees to include work allocation, training, evaluation, and problem resolution.
- Collaborates with other medical personnel to resolve patient care issues, improve cost containment, increase productivity, and meet demands.
- Monitors and conveys changes in applicable federal, state, and university policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Prepares and submits required monthly and quarterly reports; creates and maintains relevant files and databases.
