About the Opportunity

Comprehensive Mobile Care (CMC) is looking for a sales-minded and relationship-driven Healthcare Recruiter to help scale one of the fastest-growing areas of our company.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute full-cycle recruiting for healthcare-related positions
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Conduct phone screens and evaluate candidate fit
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines
  • Manage candidate communication and recruiting workflows
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiting leadership
  • Utilize ATS and sourcing tools to track recruiting activity and pipeline progress
  • Help improve recruiting processes, outreach strategies, and candidate experience

Preferred Background

  • 1–3 years of experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, hospitality, staffing, or business development
  • Experience with cold calling and lead generation
  • Experience using LinkedIn, ATS platforms, CRMs, or sourcing tools is a plus
  • Healthcare recruiting experience is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
