Role Description

This full-time on-site role, based in Stuart, FL, is for a Financial Controller. The Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the company’s financial operations, including preparing financial statements, overseeing accounting processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and analyzing financial data. Additional tasks include working on budgeting, monitoring compliance with financial regulations, and providing actionable recommendations to support the company’s growth and stability.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, and Accounting
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data and trends
• Comprehensive knowledge of Finance principles and practices
• Proficient in ERP accounting software (Acumatica an asset), financial systems, and Microsoft Office & Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Proven experience in a financial leadership role
