Role Description

The Office Manager at DSBC will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity for the Kansas City, MO location. This part-time role is a 20 - 25 hour a week job requiring in-office work at least 4 days a week. Key responsibilities include Quickbooks financial management including payroll, transaction categorization and verification, expense tracking and monthly analytic and reporting, commission tracking and sales tracking. Human resources support includes insurance management, job postings, maintenance of employee manual, and job description management. Technology support will include office equipment and vendor management. Light office environment maintenance support is required.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative assistance and office administration tasks
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience with office equipment and systems management
  • Ability to deliver high-quality customer service and support to clients and team members
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite, Quickbooks, Docusign
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in an office management, administrative role in a sales organization is preferred


Compensation:

$30 - $40 per hour dependent on qualifications
