We're looking for a number graduates to join our Dublin HQ as part of our inaugural Graduate Technology Programme - and we want people who are genuinely curious, technically sharp, and ready to make an impact from day one.
What The Programme Looks Like
This is a 24-month, full-time programme embedded within one of three specialist engineering teams:
- Software Engineering - building the platforms, applications, and services that power connected devices at scale
- Core Network Engineering - designing and operating the network infrastructure that underpins global connectivity
- SIM Engineering - working at the intersection of hardware, software, and telecoms on the technology that makes seamless connection possible
What We're Looking For
You'll be a final-year undergraduate or master's student in a technology-focused discipline, think Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
Beyond The Degree, We're Looking For People Who
- Think logically and love solving problems that don't have obvious answers
- Communicate clearly, with engineers, with customers, with leadership
- Are adaptable. You'll be moving between teams, challenges, and contexts
- Have genuine curiosity about how connectivity and software are reshaping industries

Candidates must have a permanent, unrestricted right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this programme.
This is 100% onsite in our Dublin Sandyford HQ. We are not in a position to offer relocation, so all applicants should be currently located in Ireland, or be in the process of relocating to Ireland.
